Michelle was a superb realtor find, and guess what, we found her by ACCIDENT!! My partner and I decided to shop for home on a whim in late September. We weren’t working with a realtor at the time and were scoping out the Nashville real estate without a clear understanding of the lay of the land. By happenstance we discovered Michelle. And let me tell you, she was a Godsend!!! After learning about our house hunting experience, Michelle immediately reached out and spent over an hour on the phone getting to know us and getting a handle on what we wanted in a home. Within less than 24 hours, Michelle helped us get into the first house we wanted to see, had an offer ready after the first viewing and negotiated our P&S agreement in less than 12 hours!! Notably, there was already an offer on the table for the home, but Michelle’s quick follow-up positioned us to make the next and most attractive offer, and after looking for only three days, we landed the home we wanted! We were in shock! As a first time homebuyer (now first time homeowner) I can truly say Michelle took care of us. Every step of the way Michelle and her team were right there, ready to answer each and every question we had. Whenever we had a concern about the inspection, Michelle was just a phone call away. Whenever we needed to knowj a good insurance agent, Michelle answered our texts. Whenever we needed to renegotiate the terms of the contract or had something we needed to convey to the seller, Michelle and her team were there, ready to help, ready to get to work for us!! And believe me, no matter what time of day or night it was, she answered! I’m so thankful that we came across Michelle Strong. From the offer process to the closing she made buying a home fun, and honestly, very easy. The next time we buy or sell, Michelle is a no brainer for our real estate needs! I would (and have) recommended her to my own family and certainly would recommend her to a stranger! She’s a hidden gem worth more than her salt and I would undoubtedly use her again.

She has been a god send for me and my wife. She found the perfect house for us, helped negotiate a deal that worked in our favor, explained everything to us(first time home buyers) so we were not confused or caught off guard. We closed quickly and the best part is that was so crazy out of all this, was that she found this home right as it hit the market. So it was a win win for us and the home owner. Thank you so much for your wisdom and insight.

Michelle is amazing. We’ve purchased two homes with her help. One our next family home and the other a rental property. She was incredibly helpful with both purchases. We especially appreciated her knowledge of income properties and helping us find the right neighborhood and rental comps in the area. Our family home is a new build in a brand new development and she has been instrumental in helping us keep on top of the building process. I also must mention that we have bought both of these homes while living out of state. While we travelled to the Nashville, TN area to do the house search, we couldn’t have finished both purchases without her expertise and organization. I definitely recommend Michelle for any type of property purchase you are doing!
