As someone who has purchased and sold 7 homes, Mike Russo stands out as one of the best realtors I have worked with. He is an honest, hard working professional who takes his role as your representative seriously. Mike did a thorough job of understanding our priorities and was patient with our search. As a long time East Greenwich resident, Mike's knowledge of the area is extensive so he provided us with honest feedback on neighborhoods and guided us to a premier location and a home within our budget. When a potential issue arose during our walk through, he worked his network to clear the issue. Mike didn't disappear after the closing, checking in and sharing contacts in the area. He is without question a terrific broker who has your best interests at heart.

Mike helped my son buy his Providence condo in 2018, and my son could not have been happier with the professionalism Mike displayed at that time. This included Mike’s navigating, with calm and clarity, the withdrawing of an offer on an entirely different condo when the seller was not forthcoming on required information. Fast forward to 2024 and Mike helped my son sell his condo in record time and with very little stress. He quickly put in place a power of attorney so that I could efficiently manage parts of the sale when my son was too busy with work to respond to questions and documents. Mike knows the market; he guides with insight and with his client’s best interests. He is a realtor whose judgment you can trust.

Mike is an absolutely phenomenal realtor. From the time my wife and I first contacted him until the day we closed, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We were purchasing our first house and had little knowledge about the home-buying process, but Mike walked us through each step of the way, answered our many questions, and made us feel at ease. He understood what my wife and I were looking for and made sure his house recommendations were extremely close to those parameters. He also set us up with great people in the greater Providence area to help with the other parts of the home buying experience. We couldn't have done it without Mike!

It was great working with Mike to sell our home. He really understands the local market, the selling process, and the key strategies for presenting the home well, and he is very responsive to questions. He gave great advice on how to prepare the home for market, he ran a tight ship while the home was on the market, and he negotiated effectively with buyers. We ended up selling within a week of listing, above asking and with several additional concessions from the buyers.

We had such a great experience with Mike! He helped us navigate both buying and selling our house. Would highly recommend using him! He was able to navigate the fluctuations in the market very well and got us a great price on our house. He went of out of his way to help us navigate the process after offers were submitted as well
