Kira Greene is unquestionably the most professional, engaged, responsive and personable realtor we have used. In addition, Kira is an excellent marketer and negotiator, and she has a deep understanding of the right timing to sell your house. Kira devised a brilliant strategy to sell our home, and it was under contract within two days of it being listed with a sales price that was 10% over the asking price without any contingencies. The whole process was seamless and smoothly executed. Equally important, Kira made the selling experience enjoyable because she listened to our concerns and input without ego getting in the way. She made us feel like we were the most important clients despite the fact that many of the other properties she was selling were multi-million dollar homes. Kira is the best and we can't recommend her highly enough!

We can’t begin to tell you how much we enjoyed working with Kira on the sale of our house in Jamestown. The decision to sell a house that we have owned for so long can be an emotional decision for a family. Kira absolutely went far beyond our expectations on literally every aspect of the sale. The valuation, social media blitz, staging, the interior, exterior, and drone photos, the seamless process, and the fact that you were on top of every detail from the start to the closing was amazing. Kira was nothing short of amazing! From our first conversation to our final closing, she was with us every step of the way. Kira was kind, friendly, professional, articulate, organized, knowledgeable and super motivated. Kira was very attentive and made the whole process streamlined. The process of selling houses can be overwhelming, but she made it easy and was very reassuring every step of the way. We highly recommend Kira to anyone who is looking for the best!

Kira was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable about the market. She convinced me to move up the selling date to beat the competition and get a more advantageous price on my house, and she was right! I had a bidding war and received 15% above the asking price! From the start, Kira gave me the exact timeline of the things needed to be done before the sale and even hired an organizer to start the process, which helped me a great deal as I was so overwhelmed. Her negotiation skills and timing of selling my house was impeccable. I’m more than thrilled to have her representing me and take care of me throughout the stressful period of selling a home. If there were 10 stars to be given, I would wholeheartedly give her ten stars and plus more! The only downside of it is that now I have to pay a huge capital gain taxes!
