Michael was an awesome realtor! He was patient with us while we drug him to 20+ houses. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and answers calls and texts very quickly. His assistant, Meredith, is hilarious and down to earth. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Thank you, Michael!

Michael was very knowledgeable about the Louisville market and very responsive to all our questions. He made the selling process very straightforward. His recommendations to prepare our house for market were on point. We sold our house on the first day of showings, with an offer we were very happy about. We will definitely reach out to Michael again if we are to move again!

We've worked with Michael as our buying agent twice and our selling realtor once. As a buying agent he was super responsive, very well-informed, and was a great level-headed advisor during the process when we understandably were sometimes flustered by the process of buying a house. As a selling agent, our house had multiple exceptional offers within 18 hours. He was always available to provide advice and schedule showings, etc. Does an excellent job of breaking down the real estate world into normal everyday terms. Highly recommend Michael, can't imagine even considering switching to a different agent as long as he's still active.
