Andy is amazing. When my daughter listed her home with Andy, he went above and beyond, demonstrating great instincts and knowledge of the real estate market. He was supportive, available and kind, and guided the process every step of the way. From listing to closing, his support was so evident. He showcased the home with professional photography and marketing skills that brought an abundance of interest in the home. We had 43 showings, an open house and eight contracts in four days. The sale of the home was exciting and smooth, and closed 30 days later. We could not imagine working with anyone except Andy in the future. Andy was a really nice guy. He was with us in every moment looking for house. He was always there for us if needed the help with anything. It was he’s suggested of us buying a new construction house and it worked out great. We get to have a new house our family is the first family to live in the house. Andy was a great guy and was there every time we had a question or confused of something he was always there to help us understand what’s that thing and what is it use for.

Andy is the absolute best agent in Louisville. Punctual, professional, kind and always looks out for you like you’re a true friend. He first began helping us find a home this time last year and we had to put everything on hold until today. Andy has been a blessing to our family and home buying experience. He has made sure all our questions were answered and that he was there every step of the way. My husband and I are beyond happy with our experience with Andy. Everything from getting us into the homes to show as soon as possible, calling and seeing how we are doing, making sure we were fully knowledgeable about the whole process, etc. But most of all that we felt at ease through the whole buying process. No questions were unanswered and he made sure all our family needs where met before even looking for a home.
