If you are looking for someone with Excellent communication, dedicated, & consistency, oh & let’s not leave out patient Anika will be that person for you hands down. I just would like to give Anika her flowers for being very helpful throughout this journey & trust me this was hectic but not once did she give up on me. She stood TALL on every challenge or obstacle that came our way & executed it. I’m crying tears of joy as I write this. I presented Anika with a voucher program that was new to her & Westchester County & to myself as well. It was a lot of confusions & miscommunication throughout this process from submitting paperwork to getting approvals sheesh. I think I apologized & thank Anika everyday throughout this process because it was A LOT & of course she was very patient & understanding she gets a 10/10. I personally recommend Anika to anyone looking for a place to rent or buy she will not disappoint you or no challenge is ever too much for her, Many more blessings to you THANK YOU SO MUCH !

Anika was our realtor for our first home purchase! She is a committed and dedicated realtor who truly cares about her clients from start to finish. She is a wealth of information and was extremely communicative with us, which helped us to make informed and empowering decisions. As first time home buyers, we were able to trust Anika's insights and she made herself available for us to debrief and ask questions when determining strategy about moving forward. She encouraged us throughout the process and was a great connector to our lender and attorney whenever we needed to have a quick conference call to discuss strategy moving forward. Elena did a fantastic job with helping me buy my co-op! She was quick with sending me new listings, answering questions, and setting up showings. She knows Westchester very well. She was a reassuring expert to have at my side through the entire home-buying process.
