Meredith is God sent, a breadth of fresh air, an astute professional and an excellent real estate broker. She provided us with detailed analysis of the sale process and results; guided us through, earned our trust (after our initial broker disappointed us) and concluded the sale of our property at right value. She went over and above to find people who could solve every problem we encountered during the sale process, particularly as we were out of the country during this period. We strongly recommend her and would be willing to work with her again.

Meredith was tremendously helpful to me as a first-time homebuyer and purchasing from out of state. She was always available to answer my questions and concerns and educated me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her to any buyers in the area.

Let me start by saying that this was my first home buying experience and I was extremely apprehensive about the process. That being said Meredith was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. After speaking with her and letting her know that I didn't want to move to fast she assured me that the entire process would be at a pace I was comfortable with. Her knowledge of the VA loan process definitely gave me additional reassurance that I was in the right hands. This was all extremely helpful because I was in another state at the time. She took an extremely detailed video tour for me to be able to see the house because I was not able to make it down for a tour due to work issues. I don't usually write reviews unless it's outstanding or extremely bad because I don't want to waste my time. I had awful experiences in Fayetteville buying and selling houses previously because my closing attorney (Jenifer Fincher) decided not to record part of my property deed. Also, my previous buying agent knew that the back lot deed was not recorded, but he didn't inform us, so that we couldn't put the house on the market for months. I interviewed 5 different realtors to list my house, and I picked Meredith because the other agents didn't seem to care too much. We had to leave the house behind and PCS to Germany. She listed the house exactly how I wanted. We got a lot of offers as soon as she listed the house on the market. She is very professional and informative, and she has excellent communication skills. I needed a good realtor who could tell me every little thing about the house because I am overseas and can't even call the US number easily. She took care of every little problem for me to sell the house. I couldn't have sold the house quickly without her I highly, highly recommend Meredith!

Meredith was great throughout the sale of my home in North Carolina. Even though I had already moved out of state, she communicated with me regularly and was able to get my home sold quickly. She was very helpful in coordinating the final details of the sale while I had already moved and made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend Meredith as an agent!
