Melodie is FANTASTIC to work with. We relocated to the Charleston area so we needed quite a bit of hand holding over several months. We looked all over the area and at various price points as we considered a second home possibility. Melodie was with us the entire time ….never loosing patience.. Melodie was very helpful in the contract phase, negotiating and HOA concerns. She attended our inspection as we were not in town and has stayed in touch even after the sale! Melodie did such an amazing job of assisting us with the purchase of our new home! She understood exactly what we were looking for and was in daily communication with us with new listings, setting appts for viewings and following up to answer any questions. She was so helpful with all aspects of the purchase and responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. Her attention to detail at walk-throughs was incredible and her advice and suggestions were so helpful! It was such a pleasure working with Melodie and we will be looking forward to working with her again in the future!

Melodie is an exceptional realtor who assisted us with every aspect of our selling/buying process. Her knowledge of the area helped us get our maximum value for the sale of our house. She really gets to know you and she even helped us with the details of our custom build home with her personalized approach. She was there through the entire closing process.
