Ethel was wonderful. She took all of my needs and wants into consideration. Also, she did a great job negotiating necessary repairs and making sure that they were completed. I lived out of state, but she kept me updated throughout the process. She became more than my agent; she became my friend. I strongly recommend her to anyone for their real estate needs.

Ethel did an outstanding job helping my family and I purchase our new home. She ensured this process was as smooth as possible. Very informative, ensured I knew and understood every step of this process. Very punctual with scheduled viewing and inspections. NEGOTIATION SKILLS UNMATCHED. If your home buying process is very stressful then your realtor is clearly not Ethel Matthews!

Ms. Matthews was truly a joy to work with. She didn't have a problem answering or obtaining an answer to any question I had. She got back to me in a timely manner with appointments to view homes, she gave insight where I may have been unsure or indecisive, but still left final decisions to me due to the home I choose is my forever home. Ms. Matthews is very sweet and caring and definitely wants the best for you. Your happiness is her happiness, she is with you all the way to the end. When my first house didn't go through due to an unforeseen incident, she stayed in contact with me until we were able to continue. I recommend her 10 million times over. Thank you Ms. Matthews for EVERYTHING, I couldn't have done this without you.

Ethel did an excellent job in assisting us find out property. She was very knowledgeable and prompt answering our questions. She heard what we wanted and did not let us settle for second best. We highly recommend her to everyone with a dream of a home
