When it came to selling our home, I was nervous. There was a lot riding on the sale of our home. Our future was riding on the sale of our property and that meant a lot was going to ride on the realtor we chose. To further our dilemma our home, was a complicated sell, it was a multi-family home, with sq. ft. and building style unlike anything else in the county (we know we looked). We had no idea where to start. From the onset one thing was clear, Melkys knows what she's talking about -- and if she didn't we were in contact with someone who did in a day or two. Melkys was warm and energetic, friendly and patient. She got to the bottom of all of our questions and concerns quickly. She was readily available via email, text, or a phone call to any matters that arose. She was able to estimate a good sale price for our home and stuck to her guns until we found a buyer who made a great offer. Melkys was exactly what our family needed, an experienced and confident guide through unfamiliar and scary terrain. I was in particular, impressed with how easy she worked around our schedule for customer visits, and how eager Melkys was to make sure we were happy. Equally as impressive as her array of contacts in the business, and the dedication she displayed in promoting our sale.
