A friend referred Melissa to us and as we began the interview process with multiple agents, Melissa stood out immediately! Melissa is an incredible agent and she made our selling experience a smooth, reassuring, and flawless process. Melissa went above and beyond and truthfully is the best agent we'd ever had. There are so many wonderful things I'd love to share about Melissa and how wonderful she was. She is warm, caring, friendly, and a professional who really gets it!! Her local and national market knowledge was super helpful. We could not have asked for a better experience and I want to recognize her high quality in caring for her clients (us), personalizing her services, and being there for us every step of the way! She made us feel like family and I'm happy to call her a friend now! I have been recommending her to all my friends in AK. We moved to FL and sadly will not have the privilege of having her as our buying agent. Melissa - we LOVE you!!

Melissa worked so hard for us! She went above and beyond for our family. We moved in the middle of winter, but that didn't stop her. She worked to find great comparable properties to ensure we got the very best price on our home. She was very professional, and incredibly kind! Without her, our family would not be our home. We cannot thank, or reccomend Melissa enough!

This was our third time using Melissa as our agent, one sale two purchase, and she is a superstar. We have recommended her and will continue recommending her to others. In the future if we ever need a real estate professional, we will call on Melissa.

Melissa is someone who is near and dear to my heart. I had to find a home and move in very quickly. It was thanks to Melissa's diligence, motivation, care, and thoughtfulness that I was able put in an offer and AND CLOSE in just a month! (And two days but that's the weekend's fault). Melissa answered everything single question I had and if I didn't seem to understand it she would call me when I had a moment to go over it even more. She made sure I 100% knew what was happening every step of the way. Working full time I don't have many chances to take a phone call, so being able to communicate via text was one of the biggest blessings! She helped keep me on track by letting me know what was coming up next and what things needed my attention the most. Buying a home on your own for the first time is honestly scary but with Melissa by my side, I felt prepared and so at ease. I can not thank Melissa enough for all she has done for me and am so grateful to have met her. Thank you!!!

Melissa was always willing to go out of her way to get whatever done I needed since I was remote. She saw the hardships we encountered and was always available to help alleviate them however she could. Would love to work with her again.
