Ron is truly a professional at his craft and one of the best, if not the best realtor we’ve worked with out of our 5 moves while in the military. From the very beginning, Ron stressed that selling our house would be a team effort between everyone involved to include us as the sellers, Titan Home Group counterparts, contractors, and everyone else who took part in getting the house sold and he led that team to perfection. Communication was amazing as he was quick to provide updates as soon as they came up and he made sure to let us know that he was readily available at any time of the day, even when he was out of state. There was never a moment during the selling process when I felt like I was out of the loop. Ron is very honest, which is important when choosing a realtor. For example, we were planning on selling our house at a certain price, but Ron let us know that if we decide to stay at that price, he won’t be able to be our realtor as it is way above the current market value and we would be wasting time for both of us. That transparency was exactly what we were looking for and what we needed due to needing to sell our house ASAP. He advised us on where we should price the house so we can get top value and sell quickly, and he couldn’t have been any more correct. We were under contract within 5 days of putting the house on the market and the house appraised exactly what he priced it at! Which finally brings me to how knowledgeable he is. Above all else, as I said in the beginning, Ron is a master at his craft. You can tell he loves what he does, and he truly wants the best for you as the seller/buyer. He and his team work together and are constantly tracking market trends and analysis to arm himself when it comes to negotiations and so you’re aware of how you should manage your money. When looking for a realtor in Alaska, in my opinion, Ron is top two and he isn’t #2. Future clients will have all the confidence knowing that Ron will get the job done. He is one that you can trust and will take all the stress off your shoulders as the seller/buyer to get you to the finish line, no matter what the circumstance. Don’t hesitate to get this man on your team! Thank you for everything, Ron. It was a pleasure working with you.

After another intense week in the Anchorage housing market, I wanted to take a minute (in between setting up insurance and inspections and all the other work that goes into buying a home) to praise our incredible realtor. Flora has been with my partner and I every step of the way. I believe without a doubt that she is dedicated to finding us the dream home. Despite our high expectations and tight budget, Flora has always greeted us with a positive attitude and smile. She’s navigated my partner leaving for work in another state. She’s made my friends and family feel welcome and involved in the process. She’s been available to view homes sometimes within an hour of me asking. She’s often communicated well into the night or first thing in the morning. I have never ever had to wait on a reply from her. She is on it! We haven’t closed (yet!) but I am so grateful for Flora’s presence throughout this journey. Sometimes buying a home can feel disheartening and overwhelming. We had some bad luck with inspections and offers that no one could’ve prevented (except maybe different roofers and lumber treatment a decade ago). No matter what, no matter when, Flora has been here. We are extremely lucky and grateful to have Flora’s assistance. I couldn’t imagine sticking it out this far or dusting off my knees and jumping back on this horse the way I have if I had been doing this with anyone else.

Connor did a great job keeping us up to date on our buy and sell transaction even in the crazy 2021 market. He’s easy to work with and genuinely kind and responsive.

Understood pricing/trends for the entire Anchorage market and quickly learned what was important to us while finding our new home! He was also able to sell our previous house at the same time and coordinate the entire process. Very easy to work with and understanding of time. We will definitely continue using his services!

Connor did an excellent job helping me sell my home. He helped me get the home ready when I was living in another state and the home needed updates after my tenants left. He went above and beyond his job requirements and gave great advice to get the home ready. After taking his advice, we received multiple offers and sold above listing price (but the market was also a seller's market). I would use Connor again if I needed help finding or selling a home.
