This was my second buying transaction with Janis, but this time we had to deal with a difficult seller. Janis was with me all the way through the process. She knows the Anchorage area, she knows the process - even if an unusual one. Her people skills are off the chart - convincing but not pressuring, understanding but not micro managing. She is a realtor willing to invest time to learn about you, to understand you so she can deliver what you need. I would 100% do more real estate business with Janis.

Janis was amazing. We had a unique situation for what we needed in a house, we looked at several houses and came close to purchasing a few, but didn’t. Janis was so great on sticking with us and going through the whole process. We finally found what we were looking for and Janis did an excellent job in getting everything thing completed.
