Janis was amazing. We had a unique situation for what we needed in a house, we looked at several houses and came close to purchasing a few, but didn’t. Janis was so great on sticking with us and going through the whole process. We finally found what we were looking for and Janis did an excellent job in getting everything thing completed. We interviewed several of the top rated real estate agents in Anchorage. We chose Ms. Tolbert because she was the only one who understood the value in our custom home. The other agents immediately recommended that we make changes to the home in order to conform to expectations of the majority of buyers. Ms. Tolbert realized that the design of our home (offices first floor, living area upstairs) made it a niche that would be highly desirable to a smaller number of potential buyers. She was able to tailor the marketing toward professionals who would find the lack of a commute and not having to pay rent for a commercial space worth paying a higher price. And sure enough, she found a buyer that exceeded our goals for the sales price. She helped us through a myriad of stressful situations, was patient, kind and always professional. She is an absolute joy to work with. We would not hesitate to have her represent us again.

Janis was extremely helpful and very responsive. We were relocating to AK for work and helped us purchase our house site unseen. She was very responsive and knowledgeable.
