Janis was down to earth and the best. We looked at 3 places,put in an offer on day 2, and are already in the house all in less than 5 weeks total! Amazing job, her admin assistant also sends really helpful emails.

Very patient and gave us room to express our decision making and allowed us the room to understand the process. We had questions to items we thought were in our best interest, however she navigated our understanding of the procedures.

This was my second buying transaction with Janis, but this time we had to deal with a difficult seller. Janis was with me all the way through the process. She knows the Anchorage area, she knows the process - even if an unusual one. Her people skills are off the chart - convincing but not pressuring, understanding but not micro managing. She is a realtor willing to invest time to learn about you, to understand you so she can deliver what you need. I would 100% do more real estate business with Janis.
