This was the second time working with Janis. If I had her in 2021, I believe I wouldn’t have had the headaches I faced trying to sell my first income property. Im lucky to have found Janis. She did a exemplary job selling our home and second income property. Janis was able to find a buyer before our properties went on the market….Both times! She kept us well informed throughout the whole process and even set up an open house to get the best price for our home. In the end, Janis was able to secure 10% over our initial asking price. Janis did an outstanding job for my husband and me. She was able to sell our single-family home in less than two weeks. She saw the house, gave her input and very good advice as to how to make the house attractive to buyers and the day she put it out to sell - we got a good sale right away with competition from three different buyers and she work together with us to get the best price and patiently worked with us in the selling process. Her tools and knowledge of being a realtor made her one of the best realtors that we have ever worked with. She loves what she does, she helped us to understand the selling process and always communicated with us via phone, email or in person any time of the day. She is the best person I will anyone who wants to sell or buy their home. Janis knows her job and she will work hard for you like she did for my family. Call Janis, you will never regret it.

My experience working with Janis was fantastic. She was extremely responsive and available to answer all questions as well as assist in getting the property cleared out. She listed the property, kept me update on the progress of the listing and the sell. The property sold much quicker than I expected. She was open to my suggestions and provided great guidance. I highly recommend Janis as your real estate professional.
