Melissa Chamberlain helped us sell our home in October 2025. Working with Melissa was a great experience from start to finish. From our initial meeting Melissa was professional and arrived prepared. She made sure our listing photos looked fantastic and even added an interactive floor plan map that really highlighted our home. Melissa was always quick to respond, kept us updated, and made sure we stayed on track the whole way through. Our home sold quickly, and we had a great selling experience. We highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a full-time agent who truly puts in the effort and communicates throughout the whole process!

Melissa was a saving grace to us when we were faced with the difficult decision to change realtors with only a month left of needing to move from out of state. I wish we would have found her from the very beginning of our home search! Melissa is not only one of the most professional individuals we have worked with, she is remarkably kind, dedicated, organized, timely, and knowledgeable of the OKC housing market. Due to being remote, Melissa served as our eyes and ears for every home viewing. She seamlessly worked with our schedule and booked many back to back showings to optimize our time. She even booked many on the same day we communicated our interests. She worked closely with us during the offer submission portion and provided important guidance to help our offer get accepted. We can't recommend her enough and we plan to work with her again in the future!

Melissa assisted me in selling my home during the Spring/Summer of 2025. No laudatory or superlative can truly capture the value that Melissa brought to the selling process. From the very start she was fully dedicated to optimizing the proceeds from the sale. As the needs arose she quickly found qualified contractors or repair agents needed to correct deficiencies in the house. Her preparation of the home for the virtual presentation was immaculate, creating numerous physical viewings during the marketing period.
