My Husband and I are first time homebuyers, and that in itself made us extremely nervous in our pursuit. We were blessed to come across Megan with Liz Moore. Megan by far was the BEST find for us, and she handled us with superb care. Her excitement and eagerness to formatting a gameplan that was custom designed just for us, was the clear sign that she was Our Agent. A Godsend by far. As a couple deep rooted in faith, we prayed for God's guidance with choosing whom to entrust our dream with, and she never ever waivered from proving that she would lead us to our new home. Our journey had all the twists and turns, the highs and lows, and the emotional roller coaster that we were warned about by family and friends, but Megan made sure we were prepared, informed and remained excited through it all. We toured several homes, fell in love with a couple of them, and even placed offers on 2 houses. One resulted in a home inspection that had really bad issues, and the other our offer wasn't accepted. Never once did Megan allow us to get lost in discouragement and give up. Instead, she remained the excited Encourager, and the Coach that made us push forward. Well, as they say, "The third time is the Charm" because we found and fell in LOVE with the ONE. Everything about this house felt like us. Peace from the front door and from room to room covered us, and in that moment we named, prayed and claimed it as Our Home. GOD agreed, and Megan went to work to make sure it was indeed going to be the One. The approval phase is not for the weak and our faith was tested to the extreme at times, but Coach Megan reminded us of the plan we put in place day one, supplied us with all the tools, dried our tears and calmed all fears. She is AMAZING with communication. Every step of this process was explained to the letter and all of our questions/concerns were addressed with vigor, clarity and in a timely manner. She made it happen. We are starting our 2026 as Homeowners, in the house we prayed for, worked for and dreamed of. If you made it this far into our Testimonial, you already made the right choice. Megan is hands down the best realtor my husband and I have ever worked with. We were so impressed from the very beginning of our selling process with her tenacity, professional knowledge, and attention to detail. She also assisted my parents in purchasing their home, so safe to say we are repeat fans! My mom even said, in the most endearing way, “Megan is a shark in the industry! She is on top of her game!” We sold with her almost 2 years ago and she still maintains contact with us to wish our son happy birthday and check in. My whole experience with Megan was a blast. Being a first time home buyer I basically had no idea what I really wanted, or what the whole process entailed. Megan walked me through step by step and was always super responsive when I had questions. She was also great in finding me the right home, never seeming to get frustrated by the amount of homes I ended up going through. She really helped narrow done the search until there was only one left. 10/10 I would recommend her to anyone.

Great experience working with Megan in our search for acquiring a rental property. We searched at our pace and availability with no constant pressure to purchase a property without thinking through all f the details.
