Jeff helped us whenever we needed anything without hesitation. When we started the process of looking in downtown St Pete we looked at several places. Jeff did a great job getting us into see all the places on our list. In the end he helped us find Art House as it was under construction and we knew it would be a great fit for us. It’s our first time buying in Florida and Jeff helped make it seamless!

Jeff has been our realtor through the purchase of our first home and we have now had the great fortune of getting to work with him on the purchase of our second home. He is knowledgeable, reliable, thorough, and a super skilled negotiator. Above all else he is kind, humble and fair. He stands by his clients and advocates for their best interest in the rough parts that come with purchasing a home. We found Caitlin through the Zillow app and it turned out to be a blessing. Caitlin was an excellent advocate and negotiator. We encountered some hiccups along the way and she was able to advocate on our behalf to negotiate a favorable outcome. We are very pleased with Caitlin’s services and will be using her again.
