Ashley handled the sale of my mother in laws home during a very difficult time in Florida and the real estate market in general. Her experience and knowledge were extremely helpful during this process. Being from out of state and unfamiliar with Florida laws, she was instrumental in getting the property sold. Wil did a great job for me. After getting my price and location preferences, he sent me summaries whenever a property met my criteria. He was always available to show me properties. He did a nice job negotiating on the purchase price.

We were very lucky to find Jeff he made the purchasing of our new home in Wesley chapel very easy and was there in every aspect of the closing.
