Cody was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We were in the process of selling our home the same time trying to purchase a new home. He was very patient and informative on processes trying to finagle the contingency. I did not understand much of the processes and Cody was excellent at explaining everything (sometimes more than once) while never making me feel ignorant to said processes. I highly recommend working with Cody!!!

Will did a great job throughout the entire process. Very responsive and able to assist me with all that needed to be done moving from another state. There was no mortgage involved since I purchased my home with cash. Would highly recommend Will as a agent.
