Matt is very good at his job. My father passed away and he owned a condo in Florida that had fallen into disrepair as it was not his primary home. A friend helped me find Matt and he was wonderful to work with throughout the process. He was great with communication and really listened to my thoughts while giving me his professional opinion based on his years of experience. I never felt any pressure from him and he worked hard and got us a good offer. This was a challenging property to sell and Matt's determination was invaluable. I highly recommend him!

Very experienced and knowledgeable about the entire process from start to beginning. Very helpful in answering all the "what if" questions and set clear expectations from listing to selling to looking to buying. Always represented me and my needs at all times. Organized and responsive, Matt was able to align all the moving pieces through some hard negotiations to get me what I wanted on the selling and buying sides. Great understanding of the downtown neighborhoods to find what his clients need. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a condominium north of Orlando and didn't know where to start. Matt assessed our needs, gave us a tour of various neighborhoods to help us narrow down our search - big neighborhood, small community, in the city of Orlando, outside the city. One week later we had found our condo and locked in a deal. Matt was with us through the offer, inspection, closing. I would certainly recommend working with Matt.

Matt is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He is very patient and takes the time to explain all the details of the home selling process. He is also very well-connected which allowed my house to be sold in less than 30 days. I highly recommend Matt if you plan to sell your home!
