Matt was an incredible realtor from start to finish- he helped us and our father to sell a home that needed some work to make it really presentable. His recommendations made the house updated and beautiful without us having to spend a ton of money. He was VERY patient and kind to our elderly father and we never felt rushed or pressured in any way. He was always immediately responsive and followed through on every issue quickly. We sold at full list price in 3 days and closed smoothly and on time. Selling a home can be stressful but we never worried because Matt had everything under control. Thank you so much, Matt! We appreciate everything you did for us!

Matt has helped me twice now to buy a house and once to sell a house. He is professional, trustworthy and all around a great person to conduct business with. He always comes through with any and all agreements and his knowledge of real estate and market conditions is exceptional. This is why I've chosen him twice to assist me with my home sale and purchases. Highly recommend!

As a busy professional I rarely make time to write reviews, but had to make an exception for Matt (although admittedly this is much later than I had original intended). In any event, Matt very skillfully assisted me in negotiating a complex closing involving a number of issues, including but not limited to multiple financial institutions and the intricacies of the VA program. I would strongly recommend Matt. I also know Matt to be honest, hardworking and kind.More important I trust him.

We loved working with this gentleman; However we worked with him only about a month because we bought the first home he showed us. He was very thorough, patient and on time in giving all needed information and even responding to our unrelated questioned (out of his work field); he did not mind finding and giving all those info. He suprised us many times with giving us free services which seller did not provide us (carpet cleaning, etc), “Closing day”cake and even follow up after few weeks of moving. He helped us as much he could. We cannot say enough about his personality and great work. Thank you Matt.

Mr. Baron was great help in listing and selling my house in Las Maravillas, in Los Lunas New Mexico. Was a great help in getting needed fixed and had a great network in showing the house.
