Charlotte did an excellent job helping us to find the right house. she was always available and responded to our communications quickly. She quickly found the right profile of the home we were looking for. She was very diligent in providing us with options and finding houses as soon as they appeared on the marketplace. We were always able to see the house in a timely manner which was important in this environment where houses sold quickly. We greatly appreciated her knowledge of the process of making an offer and navigating the mortgage and inspection process. Overall we were very happy with the help we received from Charlotte and would strongly recommend her and request her service for our next purchase.

Charlotte was everything we had hoped for in an agent. We were attempting to buy our first house from overseas and her expertise and experience were pivotal to us landing our dream home! She was very patient with all of our first time-buyer questions and her experience in the local area helped us narrow our search considerably. Even after closing on our home, she has kept in touch to make sure everything is taken care of and to follow up on any questions we have after the fact. Cannot recommend her enough!
