Charlotte was everything we had hoped for in an agent. We were attempting to buy our first house from overseas and her expertise and experience were pivotal to us landing our dream home! She was very patient with all of our first time-buyer questions and her experience in the local area helped us narrow our search considerably. Even after closing on our home, she has kept in touch to make sure everything is taken care of and to follow up on any questions we have after the fact. Cannot recommend her enough!

Charlotte has been a close family friend for many years, and I would not have trusted anyone else to guide me through the home buying process. It was apparent that Charlotte had my best interests at heart. Buying a home can be very stressful, and there were a few times that I was on the verge of giving up. I was getting outbid on every offer, and many “bidding wars” were happening. I was beginning to think that I would not be able to afford a home after all. I also kept telling myself that this is not worth all the stress, and I should just try again down the line. Charlotte reassured me that, if I can buy, I should, and that a home is always a good investment. She pushed me to continue looking and not give up on home ownership. This is what sets her above the rest; that hustle and drive to find her clients what they want. Charlotte ended up finding me the perfect home with everything I was looking for. She guided me through every step of the process and made sure I understood all that was being asked of me. She also pointed me in the right direction of several industry professionals that helped me with everything including my loan, insurance, inspections, etc. Because of Charlotte’s hard work, persistent reassurance, and admirable patience, I am now a homeowner, and no longer wasting my money on someone else’s mortgage! Thank you, Charlotte, for all your help and expertise throughout my homebuying journey!

I first met Charlotte in 2018, while living in Washington State. She was recommended to me by a close friend. We looked at houses all over Rio Rancho, but I decided it was not yet time to buy. She kept in touch over the next several years periodically, asking if I was still thinking about moving here. Once I made the decision, I contacted her right away and let her know what my plans were. I signed a purchase agreement for a new construction home here in New Mexico in December 2021. She was present for the signing, offering explanations and advice throughout. As the year progressed she offered me advice on when to put my current (former) home on the market. She continued to support me from afar while I prepared to leave WA. Once I arrived, and the new home was complete, she accompanied me on the initial walkthrough and offered advice on what to look for. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her for those looking at the area.

Charlotte and team were amazing. They were very attentive and detailed. I was in another state as I was selling my home in Albuquerque. Charlotte and team were very communicative and patient. She understood the market and is a trusted advisor. If I am ever in the ABQ market again, she will be my realtor of choice.

She did a great job. I was so nervous and she kept me updated, focused and ready for the process. She did a great job and my home sold quickly. She was knowledge and reassuring. I never sold a home before and she made it easy.
