Working with Tracy at Venturi Realty Group was fantastic. She constantly helped me through the difficult situation of selling a family member's home, who had passed away. Without her help, I can't imagine how difficult it could have been. We will use her again in the future.

Melissa was excellent to work with. She was helpful in pointing out aspects of homes, both good and bad, based on our preferences without feeling like she was steering us one way or another. We were always able to get in touch with her to ask any questions we had or schedule showings even on short notice. Given the choice, we would work with her again.

Lisa is the gold standard of realtors, and we highly recommend her! We were out of state buyers and knew we would need above and beyond assistance to find and purchase a home. Lisa outperformed our expectations. As our real estate goals quickly changed, multiple times, she was flexible and moved forward with us without batting an eye. Lisa has a deep understanding of local neighborhoods and helped us determine the value of properties, and which neighborhoods would best match our desires. Lisa was always available and responsive, early mornings, afternoons, nights and even holiday weekends. Our aunt and uncle live in town and are knowledgeable of the area and homes, and per our approval, Lisa encouraged them to come to the showings and inspections- which was comforting. We felt like she understood us and our needs. She was never in a rush to sell us a home, even though we were in a rush to buy a home. She would ask us what we thought before giving us her opinion, but at times her honest opinion dissuaded us from making an offer -and likely a mistake. She has a large network of high-quality people to assist with every phase of our real estate purchase. In fact, Lisa has continued to be our reliable resource for professionals to help with our transition to the Albuquerque area. We can honestly say, having Lisa as a realtor made finding the right home, making an offer, understanding all the inspection reports and moving to Albuquerque EASY.
