Matt is very knowledgable and helpful through everything step of the process. He sold our house in 5 hours and took care of any issues before I even knew about them. Highly recommended for all of your real estate needs!

We contacted Matthew to list our home for us when we decided to sell. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was helpful when deciding on a price point. Matthew was easy to get in touch with, he was very accommodating with us and the buyers. He made the selling process very easy for us. Our home was under contract before it was technically listed and when we closed it sold for more than our asking price! We would highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest and prompt realtor.

Had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Matthew. He displayed a great deal of flexibility and was always prompt with his responses. If ever a question or situation arose that he had not encountered previously, he was quick to find the answer. His personality is calm and pleasant. Will definitely use him in the future if the opportunity arrises and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
