Carly will work with you to make your desires a reality. Carly is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Carly was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and She did! Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended her to two of my good friends. I recently had the pleasure of working with Matt McGrath, an exceptional realtor that I can confidently say is a true professional in every sense of the word. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure that our home buying experience was nothing short of fantastic. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns about the process, but Matt and his assistant Tracie were always there to provide guidance and support. Matt was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, and he made sure that we felt comfortable with every step along the way. One thing that really stood out to me was how accessible Matt was throughout the entire process. He was always available to take my calls and answer my questions, no matter how small or insignificant they may have seemed. And when it came time to negotiate with the seller, he was a true master at his craft. We were able to get everything we wanted. But perhaps the best thing about Matt was his warm and friendly demeanor. He made me feel like more than just a client; he made me feel like a friend. He genuinely cared about our needs and wants, and he did everything in his power from day one to put us in the home that we wanted. Overall, I cannot recommend Matt McGrath highly enough.
