Dena is the best. This is my third time going through the process with her and my first time doing so looking for a condo. I can’t imagine ever going another route. No need. Dena is the coolest!!

Matt was great to work with. His strategy towards selling our house was based in the analytics of online marketing, and his years of experience. He was responsive, and had a great support team working with him. His sales plan resulted in multiple offers on our house in the first two days. I would definitely recommend Matt Barker to friends and family that are looking to sell.

Dena has a great sense of humor and is such a fun person to be around. She makes the buying process so much less stressful. Her knowledge and attention to detail is the absolute best. There is no one else you'd rather have in your corner. When showing a house, she pays attention to the windows, mechanicals, etc. so that her buyers can focus on making sure they feel at home. She was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process for my Type A personality. She was patient and willing to show us as many houses as it took to find our forever home. Her experience helped us to put in a competitive, yet reasonable offer that beat out multiple other offers and ultimately got us our house.
