I recently worked with Vansh Kumar from the Huerkamp Home Group to sell my house in Richfield. I'm probably not a realtor’s dream client as I have very high expectations when partnering with an individual or company to do something as major as selling a home. Vansh and his team met, and exceeded, my expectations. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and personable, and he guided me through the process seamlessly. It was an older home, and I decided that it needed some repairs and updates before putting it on the market. I chose to do a lot of the work myself. There were some things that I couldn't do, and Vansh hooked me up with contractors that showed up, did the work fast and well, and charged a fair price. He also saved me time and money by helping me stay focused on what improvements would be important to buyers. When it came time to list the home, I decided to roll the dice and list it in December. The worst month of the year to try to sell a house due to weather and the holidays. There were more showings than I had expected and I had a signed Purchase Agreement 10 days after the first showing! Thank you, Vansh, and the HHG team, for exceeding my expectations. It was a pleasure working with you!

It was a great experience working with Vansh, as a first time homebuyer, full of indecision, he was skilled, responsive and knowledgeable about the home buying process. He provided guidance and protection through out the process. He is patient and have no time limitations when it comes to his clients needs. He went above and beyond to make sure my short time adjustments need was met. Vansh Kumar from Huerkamp group helped me search for a home for over a year. Once I found a form he was very responsive. He worked hard to ensure that I was able to get the home I wanted. He continued his support throughout the closing process. It seemed easy and the closing was flawless. I definitely recommend using Vansh as your realtor.

Lisa was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. She was always quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, and very flexible with our schedules. She took the time to thoroughly explain all of the documentation, which we truly appreciated, and offered valuable insight throughout our home search. During showings, she pointed out potential areas of concern and helped us make informed decisions every step of the way. We felt supported and confident throughout the entire process. We loved working with PK. He is warm, friendly and smart. He made the house buying process fun and playful (which was a breath of fresh air!). You are well taken care of when you work with PK. We would definitely work with PK again.
