We cannot begin to express our gratitude and thanks to Freddy for the amazing job he did in helping us find our perfect home. His willingness to drop everything to help us look at houses on the spur of the moment was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the first house we loved had an offer placed on it the day after we toured it. Freddy continued to monitor that house and when the offer fell through, he notified us right away and we were able to put in an offer that same day. He continued to push and work, even on Thanksgiving, to ensure we were able to get our perfect house. From deciding to move to closing on our new home, it took Freddy 47 days which was amazing as we were able to close 2 days after Christmas! What a great gift! The personal touch and his ability to focus on our needs helped make this a very smooth process. We could not be happier with the services provided by Freddy and we absolutely would recommend him to anyone that is thinking about buying their first home or upgrading their current home. He has customers for life with us.
