Matt was the best agent we could have wished for. He was patient with my wife and I through all our questions and our extended house-search timeline. His knowledge and expertise were vital throughout our search process as he helped point out key issues with some houses we considered. Once we decided on a house, him and Jaida went to work. They fought for our best interest and consistently checked in with us while we were under contract. Matt helped negotiate over $20k in value we didn’t expect to receive after making our initial offer. Jaida was always available to assist and saved us hours of research. Overall, we gained a friend in a real estate agent, which isn’t always the case. I would absolutely buy with Matt again and wouldn’t hesitate reaching out to him for any new buy, refinance, renovation or even a house project. He is well-connected and his character is regarded around the Lowcountry. I cannot recommend Matt and Jaida enough. Thank you for helping us find our first home!

My wife and I moved from Utah to Charleston and had no idea what the real-estate market was like here. We got directed to Matt and we couldn’t be happier. Not only did he take the time to find out what we were looking for and listen to what was important to us he really took time to break down the housing market and explain the nuances we would have had no idea about. He really cares about his clients and he helped us with the process every step of the way. Needless to say we wouldn’t be in our perfect home without Matt! He is one of one when it comes to real-estate I wouldn’t refer my friends or family it anyone else.

My experience with Matt was nothing short of exceptional. He went to bat for me in every aspect of the process. I felt confident in his expertise and relied heavily on his knowledge and connections in the real estate market. I do not think I would have had a more wholesome experience with anyone else. My calls and questions were answered promptly and together we figured out the best solutions to any issues or concerns I had. He was with me each step of the way and I am eternally grateful for how personalized his services are. The icing on the cake is how clam and kind he is and his positive outlook on things. He helped me close with one of the best interest rates in the market today. Matt comes highly recommended!
