Marlene was so kind, understanding, and you truly listed to me when I was stressed and needed to vent. She was so calm/patient. Selling a home is not easy, but she approached it with such grace. The contract on this house was difficult; but Marlene helped me navigate through the issues. Many thanks and she will have my recommendation if I know of anyone buying/selling in the Kingsport area.

Marlene is excellent I highly recommend her services. She has a lot of knowledge in both real estate from Florida and Tennessee. Marlene made the home selling process for me smooth, and convenient while I reside out of state. She went above and beyond in a tough situation that we had encountered during the home selling process. Marlene helped me sell my apartment and then purchase a new one. I am 78 years old, and Marlene handled everything for me, including things she wasn't supposed to do, but I couldn't. She was always very patient and had a great attitude. I couldn't have done it without her.
