Chanel Daniels is amazing. Keep in mind I have a co-op with a management company that is very difficulty to deal with, but she got us through it in record time. She started with an actual hardcover book that reviewed my property and its surrounding in detail to give me in-depth information to make realistic choices. When things weren't moving how I thought they should she went over all options I should or could make. She followed up and took care of any issues that came up, which unfortunately there were a few due to the management company not being available like they should have. Overall I got the renter and arrangement I originally wanted thanks to her.

Our agent, Carolyn Gabriel, was one of the best business partners we've ever had. She went above and beyond, every step of the way. Our offer was accepted by the sellers on the first house we bid on, but then after we paid for a home inspection and septic tank inspection, they accepted a much higher offer, which we couldn't match. Carolyn helped us get a refund from the sellers on the cost of the inspections, which is not guaranteed. We were able to start with a clean slate, and then found another home, which we ended up purchasing. She is very well-connected. Through the whole process, she had recommendations for everything: mortgage company, attorneys, inspectors, as well as multiple contractors for upgrades we want to make to the home. Right before closing, our home insurance provider gave us a deadline of 30 days to put a new roof on the home or they wouldn't insure it; Carolyn had a contact who was able to jump in, find roofers, provide shingle samples, secure skylights, and arrange for the work to be completed within the 30 days. We felt very lucky to have her as our realtor. Our home is close to where she lives, and now that she's our neighbor, we plan to meet up and get to know her as a friend.

Susan Wilson-Sed is fantastic! I can’t recommend her enough to anyone in need of a real estate agent. She truly puts her clients first and does whatever she can to make the often stressful process of home buying easier. Besides being a pleasure to work with, she is also an amazing source of knowledge and experience around every aspect of this process. I felt I could not have been in better hands when it came to purchasing a home. We had a limited timeframe to find a home in a very difficult market, and the advice Susan gave us really pushed the process forward for us significantly, allowing us to find our home within the tight timeline we had. Susan has continued to be a support to us even after closing, providing resources for home repairs and maintenance, and always following up to make sure we had what we needed. She has really gone above and beyond, and our family is very grateful to have worked with her.
