This is our second time working with Livia, but this time we were the buyers. There is a reason we used her/ Keller William's ( Mark Boyland Team) services again. Livia's knowledge of the area is unparalleled. We felt very safe, and trusting of her from our first transaction, so we knew we would always work with her when it was time to buy. She's, professional, an excellent communicator, and truly knows how to negotiate a deal. She knows the market, and we would recommend her 100 time over. She checked on us constantly, and she doesn't give off that pushy sales person vibe ( thank god). I will always recommend her services, she truly is a gem!

Susan worked tirelessly to help us to find our dream home. It took us 1.5 years of searching almost every weekend. Many times we needed Susan to show us a property last minute, she was there - no matter how far. If we needed to get in first to see a new hot property - she had us first in line. When we gave up hope, she never did. She is positive, smart, creative and solution focused. Her knowledge on the real estate markets highs and lows was integral to us eventually finding a home. We are deeply grateful to Susan. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

When my parents were looking for a condo, Mark Boyland found us the perfect one – all on one floor. He had an in-depth knowledge of the market and was a pleasure to work with. After 25 years, when we were ready to sell, we knew who we wanted to handle the sale. Mark and his team, led by Livia Tuzzo, did a wonderful job guiding us through the process and helped us get a great price! Everyone we worked with was professional and top notch. The Carolyn Gabriel (Boyland Team/ Keller Williams) was absolutely fantastic in helping us purchase our dream house! We found Carolyn Gabriel at an Open House when she was representing the seller. At the time, we were so frustrated with the lack of professionalism of brokers we met in the past, we were just searching on our own. Carolyn won us over by working so diligently to make sure she communicated every step of the process, answered any questions we had (at all hours!) and confirmed we were comfortable at each step - even before we were “official” clients. All phases of the purchase process were smooth and we easily completed the closing. Carolyn stayed in touch - even after closing - and continues to be a resource for us and our new home. I would highly recommend Carolyn to anyone, and particularly those with less experience in house purchasing. Carolyn will take good care of you.
