I think Marissa did a great job finding the right buyer for my condo by creating a very attractive listing in combination with her relationship with other agents in the area Marissa was always helpful and courteous when I called her during the process I also thought it was important that she is from Shelton and knows that town intimately

Marissa provided an excellent experience selling our house from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area we were selling in, and the ins and outs of the sales process. We relied on her expertise in setting the price. She sold the house in four days and for over our asking price. Any time we needed help we could contact her and she would respond quickly. We would recommend her to anyone selling property in CT!
