Amber is a superb realtor. We had been casually browsing the market but when we found something we loved, being linked up with Amber was such a blessing. She helped navigate us through the entire process with such patience and kindness. She was never pushy and was so accommodating of our needs and timeline. As a negotiator, she definitely knows her stuff and helped us set realistic standards as first time buyers. Her knowledge of the area was a huge plus as she really helped us see the value in our purchase, not just as a financial investment but also the investment for our family. Amber is hands down the best realtor to work with. She is filled with knowledge of the local area(s) she covers, is incredibly responsive, understanding, flexible, considerate and is always keeping what is best for her clients at the top of her mind. She does not look at you as just a client and thoroughly believes that buying a home is one of the biggest investments one can make in their life. When you tell her what you are looking for, she makes it her mission to meet all of your criteria, while also being incredibly down to earth while managing expectations. She is a straight shooter who understands how stressful finding a new home and/or selling your current home can be. She works with grace and dedication and I simply cannot recommend her enough. I have been working with Amber for 5+ years, we started when I was still renting - then I was ready for my first home purchase, then on to the second.. I even recommended her to my Grandmother who has now used Amber's services twice herself. Everything Amber touches is gold. Trust her. Amber is an amazing realtor and was great to work with. She has a comprehensive, deep understanding of the housing market and truly worked relentlessly and proactively to help us not only find a house but through out the buying process. Amber did an amazing job. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. She worked with me every step of the way selling and buying our house. In the future I will only work with her. Her customer support is amazing and her knowledge of the market and process of buying and selling my home was superb. I would only recommend her!

Amber did a amazing job helping me buy 2 investment properties. She is very knowledgeable and was very easy to work with. She was a huge help in making sure I was able to close on both properties. I will definitely use her again in the future.
