We have moved multiple times and dealing with John and Maria Hoffman of Tampa Home Group far surpassed all of our expectations. They and their team are responsive, fast moving and extremely knowledgeable on everything related to selling a home. They come in and make recommendations and they help you through the process of implementing any of those changes or improvements. We moved shortly before we put our home on the market and they arranged for everything that needed to be done, from pool resurfacing, painting, staging etc. They have relationships with excellent contractors who are reasonable in their prices and the Tampa Home Group ensures everything is done to their high expectations and standards. John and Maria are the best and we are so happy we chose them to sell our home.

The entire process from beginning to end was very professional! From beautifully taken pictures of our home to scheduling open house and viewings, we were extremely pleased with the process. John, Maria and their entire staff were always available and helpful with any questions we had. Best of all, we listed our home on a Thursday and had several offers by Tuesday of the following week, which the best offer was accepted and we completed the process with a month+! Excellent experience!

Rachel is without a doubt the best realtor we have ever worked with! She was on point on everything you would expect but constantly went above and beyond to make sure every question and need was answered, no matter how ridiculous they may have been. Rachel also was an amazing professional in making sure every detail was covered! She held our hand and guided us thru potential pit falls with multiple listings and even made sure we were 100% educated on every detail on a house that we thought would be the one. With here guidance and expertise, plus real life dollar and cents numbers, Rachel and Tampa Home Group helped us in making an informed and in the end, life changing decision, which led us to ultimately buy the home we have dreamed about! We have already been sharing our experience with Rachel with all of our friends and family and when we buy or sell again she will be our realtor!

John and Maria did an amazing job selling our house. Along with their staff especially Debbie they displayed an up to date knowledge of an ever changing market allowing us to walk away without leaving money on the table. I would highly recommend Tampa Home group if you are buying or selling or just need the right advice concerning a home.

Rachel is an amazing person. She helped us tremendously, being there with us through the whole home buying process: from talking about our home interests, to meeting with the builder and signing contract, the inspection process, and to the day of closing. Her knowledge and advice was vital and truly appreciated, especially being a new homeowner. I am grateful she was there to help my family get the home we’ve been looking for.
