I knew my house was going to be a challenge to sell. It was only 4 years old and in great shape but the salvage yard behind it was rude and refused to lower a bus that was sticking up well above the fence making for a terrible view you could see the min. you came in the front door. Maria and her team were OUTSTANDING! The listing price was lower than I would have liked but the days of huge cash offers over asking we had 4 years ago is over and we are back to more normal prices, so I thought what Maria quoted me was right on point (whether I liked it or not) with what was selling in my area. Donyale (Listing Manager) was exceptional with helping me get things staged and ready. Her creativity and eye for detail was excellent. And the best thing – they have a team of trades people they work with that are vetted and reasonable priced. It takes all work off you and you are guaranteed good service. Debbie (Office Manager) was very helpful once we had a buyer. She walked me through everything that was needed to get us to closing and made the process easy and stress free. I would recommend this exception team to anyone buying or selling a house! They go far above and beyond any other realtors I have experienced in the past.

If you’re looking for a professional and so competent realtor with a personal touch… Look no further. Tampa Homegroup led by John and Maria Hoffman are the absolute best in business. We found ourselves wanting to sell our home and we’re completely not sure what to do as our home needed a lot of personal touches and repairs. Maria came to our home and showed us exactly what to do. She showed us evidence based results and put together a game plan. We followed her every suggestion and had faith in the process. Initially, her team led by Donyale (absolutely the best and nicest person to work with). Donyale handled the day to day coordination and implementation Of all the contractors they suggested and we used them. The pricing and professionalism That they exemplified was simply astonishing. Donyale took many texts and cals daily to make it happen quite quickly. The contractors worked with us to get paid for portions of the closing. The home team arranged for all of this and Donyale implemented the game plan with precise execution. When it came time for a listing Maria then returned to the home and we determined a price and a listing day. That’s when Debbie took over Day to day process. Debbie is so professional and efficient that she made it look effortless. Truly, an amazing person and an interval part of the team. We listed on a Friday and by Monday We had over 10 offers on our home. Yes, in three days we were in a position to go over asking price with a competent buyer whom Debbie screened. We had a signed contract within two days and closed 40 days later. What an amazing experience. I truly recommend them to become your real estate company. They are the absolute best from start to finish.

Kate was great from the beginning! She listened to what I wanted and never wasted my time showing me houses way above my price range - like agents I've dealt with in the past.
