I cannot say enough good things about Maria Doyle. She was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of selling our house. I asked her to give us suggestions for refreshing the interior decor so it looked its best for buyers. She did so in a way that didn't make me want to crawl in a hole because my decor was so dated! After that, I needed contact information for painters, floor refinishers, carpeting, staging, and more. She gave me the names of terrific people who did a great job for reasonable prices. Her calm personality made any hiccups so much easier to navigate. We had a last minute problem with a stager and she found an alternative who could do the job with only 24 hours notice. Not to mention that she was very hands on helping to make the house look its best. The most important information is that we had an offer for our house within 24 hours of listing that was over the asking price. We sold our house to those buyers and the settlement was seamless thanks to her team's guidance. Maria made this process so much easier with her support and guidance. I can't say enough good things about her.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Maria! Moving from out of state, she helped us find the perfect areas around Philadelphia that checked all of our boxes. She understood exactly what we were looking for and provided honest insight and zero pressure. Maria was extremely responsive and always available when we needed her. Thanks to her we found the perfect home for us. She got us a great deal and even connected us with contractors to get some work done before we moved in. We could not recommend her enough!

Maria was incredibly helpful in our home-buying process. We had previous experience with other agents for a LONG time before switching to Maria and the difference was drastic (and we eventually were under contract in weeks!). Maria provides helpful insights that can inform your decision-making process, particularly because real estate is one of the biggest transactions anyone will make in their life and you want to be certain of your decisions -- Maria is better than anyone at providing that certainty. She has a vast network of other local realtors and was able to help us get a sense of what was coming on the market, what the sellers are looking for, and who to call about specific concerns. I would recommend her 100%!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Maria. Not only was she available at a moments notice to show us every house we inquired about, but she also helped us out in so many other ways… She has a great knowledge of the real estate market, the industry and all things houses!! After many experiences with other realtors I can honestly say she is THE BEST!
