Lisa is absolutely phenomenal. We cannot say enough good things about her and we will never work with any other realtor. She has now guided us through several purchases and sales of our various homes, and she always makes us feel completely safe, supported, and fiercely advocated for. She remembers every single detail, anticipates questions before we even know to ask them, and doesn't let anything fall through the cracks. We trust her judgement completely and we have seen firsthand how knowledgable she is about the market. Sandy is the BEST realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with and I plan to work with her for future housing purposes. I met Sandy after Googling realtors for rental properties in the Philadelphia/surrounding Greater Philadelphia areas. Upon my search, I contacted a few realtors/realty groups, but after speaking briefly with Lisa at the Lisa Ciccotelli Real Estate Group, I felt comfortable and trusted her to lead me towards the right path - and she sure did! Lisa informed me that the rental property manager on her team will contact me asap, and sure enough, Sandy called me right away and got straight to business. She asked all the right questions and genuinely cared about my wants/needs in order to help me find rental properties that fulfilled everything that I was looking for in my next new apartment. Sandy is VERY personable, reliable, respectful, and always available to chat via phone call/text. Another reason I am super grateful for Sandy is she never made me feel stressed during the entire process, and that is rare for me as I am always frazzled during the process of finding a new rental property. She has been there for me literally every step of the way and is punctual to every tour that I wanted to go to. After finding my dream apartment, she took time out of her day to set a Zoom call with me (upon my request) so that I could share my screen and have her explain any part of it that confused me or I needed clarification on since I am not too knowledgable with some of the verbiage that was included in my lease - and my lease document was 60+ pages long.... that is A LOT of pages to go through. I have never had a realtor do that for me & I feel SO blessed that she did. Without her expertise, I would not have been able to fully understand my lease agreement as quickly as I did. Sandy, I hope you know HOW much I genuinely appreciate all that you have done for me. To be able to help me find my dream apartment with everything that I was looking for and that's within my budget in such a short period of time (1.5 months to be exact) is something I would have not been able to achieve on my own no matter how much time and effort I would have put in. THANK YOU, and I look forward to utilizing your services for my next rental property and eventually when I am ready to buy a house of my own!

Sophia is truly an incredible real estate agent! Her knowledge of the market and ability to quickly and accurately understand personal taste in a home still impresses me. She was always willing to accommodate my schedule and worked above and beyond to secure an amazing home smoothly.
