Mr. Villareal knows his stuff when it comes to helping you find the right home. I liked how he was not pushy and just interested in the closing process. He found me the right home for me and was able to negotiate a great price. I will definitely keep his name and company in my roller Dex.

Maria cantu is the shining beacon home buyers can hope to find! Maria was amazing from start to finish! Maria was like Arnold shwartzinager from terminator 2, negotiating and getting us the best outcome possible! Not only was she able to get me $20k more then my listing price on home im selling, she managed to get the home im buying dropped by $40k!!!! FBI negotiators should hire maria cantu to negotiate for them to save time!!!! If there was a trophy for best realtor, maria would not only be the winner, her portrait would be on top of that trophy to represent what realtors should inspire to be!!!! The only thing missing for maria is a cape to show shes a super hero when it comes to the realty world!!!! I cannot express how great and lucky me and my family are for have found and worked with maria cantu.

Maria is without a doubt the best person I have ever came across in the real estate world. I’ve been wanting to sell my house for quite sometime, but every one I would try to talk to would require a lot of fix ups or give me the run around when it came to meeting me after my job. Not only did Maria sell my house within a month with little to no fix ups while meeting me when I was available, she also placed me in the house of my dreams and at my budget. I’m a single mom so this was by far a dream come true. It was smooth reliable and she without a doubt met my every need as a seller and buyer. Thank you ?? my son and I are forever grateful ??
