Going above and beyond! It may sound to be a cliche, but these are the exact words I can use to describe Marek. I just recently had the pleasure of working with him to purchase my first home, here in the US since I just came from the Philippines as an emigrant. Finding a house suitable for me was not an easy task. However, with the expertise of Marek, coupled with his dedication and commitment, this challenging journey reached its success. It all started when my friends and relatives referred Marek to be my agent. No second thoughts came into my mind in having him navigate my path to achieving my goal of owning a house. The experiences and testimonies of my friends and family were enough to give my full trust in him. From every single step of the process, Marek came through with his commitment to excellence. He showed undeniable knowledge about the market and its effect on me as a buyer which gave me confidence to make the right decisions. This was my first time going through the process of finding a home and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Marek is kind, knowledgeable and professional. He also looked out for the needs of my family members. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His name will surely come up again when friends and family ask for a realtor to help them with their home search.

Marek did exceptional work as out agent selling our home. In fact, he sold our house twice, after our first buyers could not secure financing for their loan (despite their being pre-approved during the summer). He sold our home, not only during the off-season, but also for our original asking price, during a down-turn when prices in our housing market were declining. His hands-on attention to detail is exemplary, lining up inspections, contactor and service technicians to do the work (at very reasonable rates) necessary to put the house on market and meet closing requirements while we had already moved out of state. He was extremely prompt returning calls, usually in less than 30 minutes. Marek even checked on the house every other day during the extreme cold wave that occurred in December while the house was already under contract, in the weeks before closing. I cannot recommend him enough and only wish we could have an agent of his caliber in our new area next time we move.

I was nearly surprised to find 52 reviews here on someone, with all reviews bearing a full 5 out 5 score. A second later, I remembered it was Marek all these folks are talking about, and that I came here to give him the same score. I tested Marek's professionalism in ways other reviewers probably would never go through, and he consistently proved to be a high-caliber agent on my side. Consistent is the keyword here; My transaction took a very long time to close, and it was a very bumpy ride with a dozen of unprecedented details (even for the Lender and the attorneys involved). Marek was able to ride this like a champ and always be on top of his game doing only the things I perceived to be for my best interest. I haven't told Marek at the time; but having dealt with many other agents in so many situations (around 22 other agents) I can say; without a doubt, he is the best I have dealt with ever.
