Marek is a dedicated and all-around exceptional real estate professional. From the day we met, I could tell that he really knows Chicago homes and the market very well from his decades of experience. Marek helped me with an emotionally and logistically challenging estate sale of my childhood home after my parents passed away while I was living in another state. I'd met with a few alternative and some predatory companies/agents prior to him while trying to figure out how to handle things, ultimately deciding to work with him because I found him to be an honest, kind, and respectful professional who put me at ease about the process. Although it took awhile longer for me to be ready for the selling process after our initial meeting, he reached out to check in multiple times and really went above and beyond to make the selling process easy for me and answered all my questions. As I lived out of state, he checked on the house weekly while it was up for sale, reported issues promptly, and worked with me on solutions across time zones and other challenging factors. He has always been consistent, responsive, willing to work around difficult situations, and negotiated a better deal for me than I even expected.
