Mara is a seasoned real estate broker who is professional, intelligent and extremely competent. Truly a class act. I came to Mara through a neighbor who used her to sell his home and he was extremely pleased with her service and results. Since this gentleman is meticulous and sets a high bar as I am/do, I figured she had to be good. My experience with Mara was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. She is highly experienced in her line of work and it shows from the time she presents you with an initial market study and strategy to sell your home to acceptance of a competitive offer. Her efforts resulted in multiple bids and I accepted an offer ABOVE my asking price!
