A friend of mine had died, and, as the trustee, it was up to me to get the house sold. Problem: I live in California while the house was in Washington state. Enter Lynn Affleck. I knew she was the right agent from the first meeting. She knew what had to be done and by whom, in order to get the house ready to sell. She was available to let in workers and reported on their progress. She gave me feedback on prospective buyers' reactions to the house. She was responsive and cheerful and a pleasure to work with.

Lynn helped us buy our first home in 2011 and it was such a good experience. As first time home buyers we were very intimidated, but Lynn helped us every step of the way. Fast forward to 2022 we decide to combine households with my elderly mother and relocate from Washington to Idaho. This included selling our home and also moms. We didn't hesitate to reach out to Lynn who had kept in contact very frequently with us through the years, becoming a true family friend. Within a year both houses sold and We are now living our best life her in Idaho. Lynn always was available to talk and answer questions or concerns even on weekends. Lynn was proactive and reached out to us often. Lynn informed us on every aspect of the sell. A true professional at her craft.
