I almost wish I had another house I needed to sell so that we could work with Lyndsay again. It was never just a transaction for her. She fundamentally understood the emotion involved in selling a family home of 46 years, and was able to be with us in that and be pragmatic and on top of all the details at the same time. She was a source of calm in a very stressful time, and the advice she gave us about preparing the home was so appreciated. It didn’t hurt that she knows the market so well and sold our house in 24 hours! We approached Lyndsay because a family friend had the same experience, and I’m so glad we did. Thank you, Lyndsay!

Lyndsay Schaben has been my realtor for the last two homes I have bought. She is an expert in her field, a true professional, and someone I rely on to guide me in every area of the process. She is compassionate, trustworthy, and above all thorough. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed. She knows what needs to be done and does it. It is our pleasure to recommend Lyndsay Schaben as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. We wanted to achieve the goal of owning our first home and knew we would need someone we could trust. Lyndsay had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our budgetary limitations. She is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale in the part of the metro we wanted. There are several challenges in today’s home purchasing market, but Lyndsay was able to cut through the noise and keep us positive and focused during our hunt. A master with the contract negotiations, Lyndsay came up with a deal that was good for us and made the seller happy as well. There is nothing that escapes Lyndsay’s attention when it comes to property for sale in this area.
