Lori Garner was by far the Most Responsive and Most Professional Agent I have ever experienced in selling my last 5 homes. She did a excellent job gathering market data on our home prior to listing it and left us absolutely NO reason to interview a 2nd agent as my husband and I had planned. She did a outstanding job marketing our home on all the social media web sites! We credit her 100% with bringing the 2nd person to look at our house in purchasing our home!!! She kept us very informed and coordinated all the inspections throughout the process and made it so much easier for us. Closing was with NO glitches and we cant thank her enough. Its been 2 weeks since we closed and I reached out to her yesterday to find us a agent here in the St. Petersburg, FL. market. She got right on it and and within a few hours not only had she researched them but also called one of the best Agents in this market. Now thats what I call SERVICE AFTER THE SELL !!! I called Lori on a Friday evening frustrated after the agent we were working with was too busy to get an offer in quickly in an extremely challenging market. She answered the phone and immediately took action calling the listing agent and presenting an offer the very next day! Our offer was accepted and she handled everything going forward promptly, professionally and was really a pleasure to work with. I without question highly recommend Lori, you won’t be disappointed!!

Lori was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as we navigated through the process of buying a property with acreage. She was always quick to respond to any questions that we had and helped make all of the necessary arrangements when it came time to do inspections and arrange the closing. we will definitely seek her services again if we buy or sell any property.
