Just Closed on Our First Home! Huge thank you to our amazing realtor, Lois, for helping make this milestone possible! Lois helped us with both buying and selling our first home. On both sides of the deal she was an incredibly helpful resource, a great communicator, and an efficient negotiator. We entrusted Lois with selling our indoor pool house in Ludington, Mi.We had found our forever home and went out on a limb and bought it, then redid it and any other details of our old house before listing it. Health problems arose during the process of getting everything done and the market turned against us mid prep of our old house. Lois took on the task of selling this amazing but client specific 5,200 squ ft indoor pool house and was genuinely greatful and happy to do so and amazing to work with throughout the entire process!! We did end up getting more than all agents commenting during showings begrudgingly commented about. Lois all the way start to finish was ahead of every curveball and comment even after an agreed upon contract that included a contingency to sell there home to purchase ours, followed by the home getting an offer with the same contingency and followed by a third home!!!! The chain of events that took place upon the third and final yet first necessary sale was nothing short of amazing as 3 closings on the same day and within hours of each other took place to finish out our home sale!! Lois literally called all 3 home buyers and sellers agents to initiate price drops and even on the last day throughout the day to keep everyone on track which lead me here compelled to review an amazing agent that truly and amazingly “eats, sleeps, and breaths” real estate and I undoubtedly know we could not have gotten our home sold without ALL the hard work, dedicated and most of all knowledge of how to get the job done as she did the final day to complete all of this! We cannot say it enough, Lois is the very best of the best! Mike
