Lisa was patient and informative while selling our house. She ensured that our house was in top condition for the sale without the need to interject more money to accomplish that. She provided excellent insight for our market and was understanding of our situation and our desire to allow certain conditions to evolve and determine the impact of those conditions rather than pushing to move the sale quickly. She is an excellent communicator and responds quickly when you have questions or need further information. She continued to evolve with our situation and was always helpful with whatever we needed. We recommend her highly and would definitely utilize her services again if the need arises.

Lisa Williams was superlative in her and her team delivering on a selling our home. We had a unique situation to sell our elderly parents home. We all lived out of state and Lisa had her team coordinated and did so much for us where we could just discuss by phone without having to be in Reno, she did it all! She was very responsive, and helped by giving us her input in areas we needed help. The entire sale from meeting over the phone, then meeting in person, to close of escrow, was so smooth it seemed too easy. Turning over the house to her, to being live on MLS, was only a few days. That included her clearing out the remaining items in the house, cleaning the place up, and taking pictures. We had a solid offer and accepted it within nine days and Lisa made sure it all went smoothly. Thirty days later, we closed escrow. We are over the moon happy with Lisa and her team’s professionalism and performance.
