Lisa Williams was superlative in her and her team delivering on a selling our home. We had a unique situation to sell our elderly parents home. We all lived out of state and Lisa had her team coordinated and did so much for us where we could just discuss by phone without having to be in Reno, she did it all! She was very responsive, and helped by giving us her input in areas we needed help. The entire sale from meeting over the phone, then meeting in person, to close of escrow, was so smooth it seemed too easy. Turning over the house to her, to being live on MLS, was only a few days. That included her clearing out the remaining items in the house, cleaning the place up, and taking pictures. We had a solid offer and accepted it within nine days and Lisa made sure it all went smoothly. Thirty days later, we closed escrow. We are over the moon happy with Lisa and her team’s professionalism and performance.

Lisa helped us buy our first home and we are glad that we had her help. Lisa is very knowledgeable in her field and always treated us with respect. As first time homebuyers the process was intimidating but Lisa knows her stuff ! She made us feel comfortable and confident during our buying process. She is very genuine and I truly felt she was looking out for our best interest. I will be recommending Lisa to all my friends and family.

We needed to get out of California! We knew we wanted to be in Dayton. My husband contacted Lisa and gave her a brief description of what we wanted in our new home. She arranged for us to come up and tour 4 houses. She nailed it! We ended up buying the first house we toured. Thank you, Lisa!

I’ve known Lisa for a long time. Our paths have crossed in employment and in other capacities, and now as the professional who has sold us our forever home. In every aspect and encounter, Lisa has been a very Honest, kind, concerned, conscientious, intelligent human being. She walked us through this unfamiliar experience, holding our hands and explaining every part of the process. A VA loan is much more complicated than conventional loans, but Lisa relieved us of all the scary twists and turns with her extensive knowledge. The thing that I respect the most, in any professional, is that they aren’t ashamed to say when they don’t know the answer. These situations were few in our encounter, but Lisa came back with an accurate answer in minutes. We could not have asked for someone more dedicated to their purpose. I don’t want to imply that Lisa did us this fantastic service because we were friends. We weren’t. But we are now. Thank you Lisa! Again and again!

From looking at potential homes to closing Lisa Williams was always available, extremely helpful and knowledgeable I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell! Her ability to make things stress free made our first time home buyers experience fantastic.
