Jason is the best. He’s sold our house fast and we were able to close fast and right on time. We got the price we wanted and he handled all the deadlines for us. Everything was done digitally so it was easy to keep the process moving along quickly. He has a unique understanding of the local market especially Carson City. Great communication along the way at every step, highly recommended.

Jason is very personable, up front and honest. He has an incredible team! All who are attentive to our needs, answering all questions and calming all concerns. Not wanting to have to choose any of our real estate friends, we interviewed a few realtors off of recommendations and internet searches. Jason's name came up frequently, and from the moment we met him we felt like he was "Our Guy"! No stone was left unturned. Every step was clearly explained and overseen by him and his team. Every phone call, email, text was responded to almost immediately. We never felt out of the loop or misplaced (showing our home). We were consulted on/in everything to make sure we were not inconvenienced. Finally, within his perfect timing, he came over to thank us for allowing him to sell our home, and during that time he received the message that our home had been recorded, at which time he personally congratulated us. I am from out of state so i heavily depended on Jason to help me sell the house. He came through with flying colors every time! He did so many things at the house himself and when needed he was able to put me in touch with reliable and dependable people for whatever my need was. He was very responsive to all my questions and went above and beyond for everything! He was very interactive with me for every need! I can’t say enough! I would highly recommend him

Chris as a fabulous realtor, I live out of state in the assisted me with getting a condo I owned sold in two weeks. Additionally, I got 5k over asking. Chris is extremely professional, responsive, and helpful on all levels. I highly recommend him if you’re buying or selling a property.
