We recently went through the process of purchasing our new home, and we were lucky enough to have Lisa as our realtor. Lisa was a joy to work with, professional yet friendly, very knowledgeable of both the process and the area, and was always in touch with our needs as first-time buyers. She was very responsive throughout the process, answered all our questions promptly, and was a reassuring presence in what can be a very stressful process. After viewing a handful of properties on the market, Lisa suggested to us the house we eventually bought. It wasn’t even on our shortlist, and we would have missed out on what we quickly realized was our dream home if it wasn't for Lisa. Lisa had been listening carefully to our wants and needs throughout the process, the limits of our budget, our negotiables and non-negotiables, and ultimately suggested what ended up being the perfect match for us. Within the first few minutes of speaking with Lisa and getting to know about her credentials, market knowledge, extensive experience, professionalism and incredible drive, impressive (!!!) results, and getting an immediate sense of her warm and confident personality, I knew right away she was the agent I wanted to work with to sell my home. I cannot stress enough how amazing it is to work with Lisa – she works incredibly hard and smart. I always felt complete confidence in Lisa’s recommendations during the process and her recommendations always proved that she is an expert – the minor improvements that she recommended on my home resulted in immediate offers. Lisa keeps a keen eye, and has excellent judgment, on the pulse of the housing market. She knows how to adapt to the changes, keeping your goals in mind, to make sure you get the best offer. I know that my home was not the only one she was working to sell, but she truly made me feel like I was her only client. I felt like I could reach out to discuss any issues or questions at any time, and she was always very responsive and took the time to address all of my questions and concerns and explain things to me. The circumstance of the sale of my home was also very complicated, stressful, and very emotional, and Lisa handled everything with great care, empathy, patience, and professionalism. She really brings a human element to the whole process and truly, for me, made the whole process enjoyable despite the circumstances, from beginning to end. She really cares about her work and her clients, and it shows. I would highly recommend Lisa. She was amazing throughout the entire process. I was buying my first home by myself and she helped walk me through it and decide on my offer. When some things came up during inspection, she helped me to get a significant reduction in the asking price. She was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. There was one small misunderstanding on our offer about a Chiminea that was supposed to be included that wasn't -- Lisa covered the cost of a new Chiminea out of her own pocket. I was very moved by that.

Lisa is absolutely Amazing! She is a professional that does her job with knowledge , enthusiasm, respect and a wonderful sense of humor. She is so understanding and helpful and is willing to spend all the time needed to get the best outcome for her clients. We loved her 4 years ago when she helped us purchase our home and was she was just as incredible through the selling of it now. We can’t say enough great things about her and her work ethic. She deserves 10 stars!!
