Lisa is a fantastic realtor! We found her to be knowledgeable and committed to representing our interests! She did a great job of helping us make an offer, as well as negotiate a price after our inspection. When an issue came up at the last minute during our final walk through, Lisa made sure the issue was resolved prior to our closing. We had great experience working with Lisa on purchasing our first home. She is very responsive and always available. She communicate between different parties very efficiently. She is very nice to speak with and she makes very good suggestions on putting in offers. Highly recommend Lisa for home buyers.

I was finishing renovating a condo when I noticed Lisa showing (open house) a ground floor unit in the building next door. She told me she had a buyer for me who wanted a middle floor unit; I thought this was just a sales pitch, but gave her my # anyway. I signed with her at 11:30 am the next day, and by 5:30 pm she had my unit under agreement, with a full deposit by noon the following day. My unit sold at the highest sales price of any of the 121 units in the complex's history. She also sold the ground floor unit next door for a few thousand less. Lisa sold my unit with painting tarps on the floor and a variety of repairs in progress. She is truly amazing, and quickly came to realize what she says was always fact.

I have worked with Lisa to buy and sell two condos. She is fantastic. When she helped me sell my condos she was able to get me the highest selling price for any unit in the complex. She is very responsive to questions and knows her stuff! I highly recommend her.

We recently went through the process of purchasing our new home, and we were lucky enough to have Lisa as our realtor. Lisa was a joy to work with, professional yet friendly, very knowledgeable of both the process and the area, and was always in touch with our needs as first-time buyers. She was very responsive throughout the process, answered all our questions promptly, and was a reassuring presence in what can be a very stressful process. After viewing a handful of properties on the market, Lisa suggested to us the house we eventually bought. It wasn’t even on our shortlist, and we would have missed out on what we quickly realized was our dream home if it wasn't for Lisa. Lisa had been listening carefully to our wants and needs throughout the process, the limits of our budget, our negotiables and non-negotiables, and ultimately suggested what ended up being the perfect match for us.
