Lisa Lee has helped us rent multiple vacation homes during the years and was also our realtor when we purchased a second home. She was relentless in her pursuit to find us the perfect home, and she did! I highly recommend Lisa and and her team, whether renting or buying or selling.

Purchasing a second home is not an easy task especially if it is long distance. Lisa came recommended by a friend and she definitely lived up to the billing. She patiently carted my wife and I around multiple weekends for months showing us the houses we had picked out using Zillow and various realtor sites. Knowing she cannot be biased she was able to professionally provide insight to details we might have missed or viewed through rose colored glasses as we looked at each house. As she became familiar with what our expectations were she was able to guide us towards more of our desires. It became evident that the option to build might be the best fit for us. Even though it would mean less commission potential, Lisa enthusiastically directed us to desirable land options at the same time introducing us to a local builder with a reputable history of quality building traits. In the end it was the option to build that came in first. Lisa masterfully negotiated a significant reduction in price for a prime piece of property. As well she followed through with closing gaps during the qualification and closing process. Not being done Lisa offered her services to assist with the oversight of the building process to ensure what we are paying for is what we are getting and making sure of the checks and balances for the building allowances in each area align correctly. Not to mention that due to her experiences and knowledge of the commercial/retail area she is a great resource for options to select products required for the house and also a great visionary of decorating. You will find yourself in excellent hands utilizing Lisa Lee (or her staff) to find your next home. Trust her and she will land you in the home of your dreams.

Lisa is simply the best broker/agent in Carteret County. I met Lisa when she helped a friend of mine buy in 2007. She helped me and has since found beautiful homes for several friends and co-workers. If you have any interest in buying or selling your home or rental in Carteret County you should definitely call Lisa Lee!
