Lisa was fabulous to work with. She has extensive knowledge of real estate and knew exactly what I needed to do to buy my townhome and then sell my other property. She knew the exact right passing price and how to make the property look it’s very best ,both of which got me the best deal possible. Lisa goes beyond professional, constantly checking in to see if I needed anything and was always available if I had questions or needed anything . She was by my side every step of the way. Buying or selling, she is simply the best.

My husband and I recently bought our first home and Lisa guided us during the entire process. We were not the typical first time home buyers as we are both middle aged. Lisa came highly recommended to us from a friend who had also worked with her. She walked us through every step from the initial call of learning what we were looking for to closing day. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Lisa has a long history of representing buyers and sellers in the Lancaster County area so she has many connections. She helped us to get connected with a great group to represent us with our mortgage needs as well as people who could assist us with getting the house ready for move in and everything in between. She listened very closely to what we were looking for and sent or called us about listings that she thought would meet our criteria. Lisa's objective was never to just sell us a house but to make sure we bought the house that was right for us. As we looked at a house she pointed out both pros and cons. When putting in our offer she gave us suggestions to position us so that our offer would be accepted. We truly found our dream home! Lisa is very personable and professional. Lisa Larson I’d the absolute best. She is easy to work with, seems to instinctively know the house you are looking for after a conversation and solves any obstacles or problems that arise. She is so professional and has so many good contacts because she is local and is a stellar agent. I have sold one house and bought two with her as my agent and I would not use anyone else. The last one was particularly tricky and she was so supportive and solved every issue that came along. Once you have worked with her you will never need another agent.

I have bought and sold a few houses in my life but this time was the best experience with a real estate agent I've had. Lisa was so helpful. Her experience and knowledge of the area (Lancaster, PA) was impressive. She forwarded listings as they came up for houses that were in our price range and area preferences. When we wanted to see a house she was ready and made it easy. She always had good observations about each house and area. It was clear that her goal was not to sell us a house, but to get us what we wanted, what would really work for us. She was very communicative throughout the process making it easy for us to know each step and be prepared for the closing. Lisa is a great real estate agent!
