Anne Lusk and Associates (Sotheby's) has the best attention to detail and market knowledge of any real estate professional I've ever seen. She also has the best contacts and referrals, whether they be buyers, sellers, landlords, auctioneers, or brokers. She gets absolutely things done. She provides incredible value and service. Her reputation is second to none. Other realtors unfortunately pale in comparison. Her record and ranking speaks for itself. No wonder she is #1.

Julia was absolutely amazing to work with throughout this process. She went above and beyond to ensure that this was a smooth transition. She is super knowledgeable, and was quick to provide answers to any questions or concerns that we had along the way. We highly recommend!

Only Anne can do fight and negotiate a fair and comparable appraisal. We are talking about a 60k difference in appraisal. I know when Anne is involved, I have a peace of mind things will resolved and everything will work out in the end. Not only is she knowledgeable, professional and efficient, Anne is sweet and kind. If you go with Anne, you are on the right team.

I will begin by saying I rarely give 5 star reviews, as no one is perfect. With that said, Anne and her team were flawless during the entire process of listing and selling our home of 22 years. They earned my 5 star review. I cannot name one thing I was not delighted with. The attention to detail, staging, photography, flexibility, and guidance from Anne and her team were world class. I believe my friend Frank said it all when he shared that he felt that Anne was the hardest working person he knew. I have to agree with him. Anne knows the market well and has amazing connections. We could not be happier with our choice of realtors.
