Sharon was referred to me by another exceptional professional I’ve worked with. I feel so blessed to have had her working so diligently to help me buy my house. My situation was very different from most homebuyers, which required a great deal more knowledge and effort, including working with tax and legal professionals. It was a bit complicated but Sharon never left me feeling alone in this. She kept everyone on track through the entire process. She truly went above and beyond, and gave me 150% even on her own time (evenings and weekends) without batting an eye. She will be the first realtor I recommend and the only one I call for my next home. Thank you Sharon for everything!

There's not enough words to describe Katie, she was beyond amazing from start to finish of our journey and even after closing she was answering our questions and helping all the way, she was able to full field our needs and walk every step, she demonstrated knowledge on this field and was very patient with us, thank you Katie you were a big part of our success we are looking forward to start our second adventure with you

Sharon was very helpful during this process. She was very responsive and able to work with mine and my husband’s schedules. She is very knowledgeable about the home buying process and was willing to answer any of our questions fully so we as first time homebuyers felt confident during what is a stressful process.

Working with Sharon Burkhart was a blessing for my family. Her expert real-estate knowledge combined with her professionalism led to us finding our dream home in a neighborhood with great schools. Not only did Sharon find us a home that fit our needs, but her ability also to communicate with us and consistently check-in, made us feel like family. Finding a home for us within our budget and considering the “asks” we had, was nothing short of real estate history. It is difficult to find a realtor that puts their clients first, but Sharon does. She picks up the phone, ensures our questions are addressed and follows through on her word.
