Lisa Diserens worked very hard to find the right price for our rental house to sell. She got us a great deal for the property. She knows her stuff on what's needed to be done before the sale. Her communication is awesome if unavailable She returns call right away. I feel she goes above and beyond to close the best deal for you. I would definitely recommend Lisa to any buyer or seller, she is very fair.

Jessica was no-pressure, always available, very knowledgeable about locations, prices, market conditions, etc. and if she didn’t know the answer to a question, she went to someone who did and came back with the answer. The biggest service she did for us is when our bid was rejected on a home and she recommended we hang in there as the second bid, in case the first fell through. It did and we live there now. Would never have thought of doing that if Jessica hadn’t suggested it.

Jessica did an outstanding job and gave us her honest opinion on every house we looked at and didn’t sugar coat anything. when it came to us wanting to kill the contract due to the previous lender we were having trouble with, she didn’t give up on us knowing our situation and helped us find a lender and they helped out tremendously even when it was last minute. If I were to buy another house or knew someone who was I would definitely recommend her

Lisa is a fantastic realtor. She is very capable and knowledgeable of the local area. With her guidance we were able to quickly get our house ready for listing and sold with fantastic results. You won't find a better realtor in the Metro East area. I highly recommend Lisa and her team.

Kept me informed through every decisions and came up with solutions when Covid threw in a wrench. Very much enjoyed her energy and availability. I'm the type to stay up refreshing listing sites but no matter when I sent a link she was prompt in getting a tour scheduled and helped me walk through homes, even if that meant climbing up steep mystery stairs, or opening dark and dingy basement compartments.
