Courtney is fabulous to work with! She educated us on the local market as well as the process of listing our home. She is knowledgeable and provided her brand of calming assurance as well as much appreciated humor when we had to list our house at a tough time of year having already relocated. She went above and beyond with making sure the house was secured after showings as well as scheduling work that was needed prior to the sale. Courtney has helped me buy and sell my home. I will always be her client as long as she’ll have me! Her attention to detail, her patience for when I ask silly questions, and her sense of humor made for a tremendous buying and selling experience for me.
