I had the pleasure of working with Lisa, and from our very first call, we knew she was the right person for us. From her thorough market research to the detailed printouts with neighborhood insights and pricing analyses, we were genuinely impressed. Lisa came to take professional photos at our earliest convenience and went above and beyond — she doesn’t rush the process, and her attention to detail truly shows. Thanks to her thoughtful marketing strategy and preparation, we received an offer over asking just days after listing. Lisa went above and beyond to assist us with navigating the crazy housing market, attending and educating us through open houses, and assisting us with buying our first home. It was clear after our first open house and every house following that she was far above other realtors in knowledge and expertise, pointing out items and concerns we should be aware of or asking questions other realtors missed or did not even know to look for. My favorite was when the selling realtor at one home asked to follow along and learn from our realtor. We felt that Lisa listened to our wants/needs in a home and made every effort to help us succeed especially in such a competitive market. We happily refer all our friends to Lisa and would use her again if we ever needed to buy/sell.

As a first time home buyer, we had a very good experience working with Lisa. She helped us in sorting out the listings as per our requirements and guided us throughout the process as well.
