Melissa was amazing to work with! Their app made keeping on top of the latest listings quite easy. Melissa was very responsive in answering all our questions/texts (seriously, I was impressed with how fast she always got back us, especially when it came to needing to follow up with another seller). She was thorough in explaining the process, pointing things out when touring the homes, and giving us perspectives on properties we wouldn't have thought of otherwise.
