We had a phenomenal experience working with Amy as first-time homebuyers! Working with Melissa and her team (especially Jake!) was an incredible experience. As first-time, out-of-town buyers, my wife and I had no idea what to expect, but Melissa and Jake guided us through every step and made the whole process feel straightforward and even fun. She responded to our first email within an hour and set up a call the next morning. She knew Canton inside and out and helped us put together a great list of homes that matched exactly what we were looking for. Since we were out of town buyers she even visited some houses herself and sent us videos with honest feedback, which helped us narrow things down quickly for when we visited Canton — we ended up finding our dream home on our very first day of showings! During negotiations, Melissa helped us put together a strong offer, and we were able to close on our dream home just 6 weeks after first reaching out. She and her team were there for everything: coordinating the inspection, connecting us with a great lawyer and lender, and recommending/coordinating excellent contractors (e.g., painting, floors, and HVAC), all before we even moved in. Melissa really took the time to understand what was important to us (like walkability to specific train lines while still having great access to nature and nice shops nearby). She was always open, honest, and patient, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed the entire time. We felt completely confident knowing she had our backs. We can’t recommend Melissa and her team enough — they’re fantastic at what they do and are wonderful to work with.

We worked with Julie when we first bought our home in 2017 and again recently as sellers for the same home. She is exceptional at what she does and will guide you through the whole process. She is always there to answer any questions at any time and will always give you her honest feedback. This process can be daunting but working with Julie makes it much easier! Highly recommended working with her!
